Have a valid Washington State UBI # issued by Department of Revenue

View your LNI record at Verifying a Contractor with LNI to confirm:

General Contractor or Specialty License (active)
Workers' Compensation Account (active) if you have employees
Not Debarred

Strongly suggest having a Capability Statement ready to upload, so agencies know your capabilities*

A list of staff names, email, and phone numbers for who will be receiving bid notifications and roster update messages

Review Categories listing to determine Roster Type(s), Categories, and Sub-categories

Review Participating Agencies you want to work with

CONSULTANT ROSTER

(professional and technical services)

Have a valid Washington State UBI # issued by Department of Revenue

Strongly suggest having a Statement of Qualifications ready to upload, so agencies know your past performance and team*

A list of staff names, email, and phone numbers for who will be receiving bid notifications and roster update messages

Review Categories listing to determine Roster Type(s), Categories, and Sub-categories

VENDOR ROSTER

(goods and services, including maintenance)
