MRSC Rosters is an exceptional value for public agencies because we provide all of the roster maintenance required by State law. This is a package service due to the structure of the legal notices, so public agencies have the option to either have us maintain their Small Public Works Roster and Consultant Roster OR those rosters, as well as their Vendor Roster.
Full maintenance includes:
- Hosting of your individual Small Public Works Roster and Consultant Roster in our shared database
- Optional hosting of your individual Vendor Roster
- Posting annual legal notices on your agency’s behalf
- Business registration and renewal support
- Initial and annual verification of business eligibility
